I encourage everyone to call the non-emergency police number if they notice
anything like this.  They can send an evidence technician over to dust for
fingerprints and they can increase the police drive-bys in your area for
awhile.

The fact that this is happening  through the FRONT windows (both in your case
and the home invasion/sexual assault) is astonishing.  We have GOT to get
this guy.

As you know, the Evanston street lighting, while quaint, is not bright enough
to make the sidewalks securely lit, so if you don't have a front light on
your building, it would be a great idea to install one this weekend.
