[Dewey-Darrow] [Florence-Crain Neighbors] Asbury-Dodge group

My vision of the Asbury Dodge list serve group is that it become an  umbrella 
group-  and that those online groups that already exist (like  Florence 
-Crain and the long time Dewey-Darrow lists)  as well as all the  NEW ones that i h
ope spring up on blocks or two/three block areas with the  boundaries of 
Asbury-Dodge/Dempster-Main  all become part of the umbrella  group        The 
reason being that the  existing groups serve particular quadrants/blocks with in 
the larger  boundaries-  and we use the list to notify neighbors of meetings and 
 particular issues that may only be of concern to the smaller area---------By 
 being part of the larger umbrella group we can communicate to that larger 
list  if the content of the post is relevant to the larger  group;       I would 
not want to dilute the  efficiency of the smaller lists at this point-  but 
we can find a way to  electronically connect them all when needed;
     Dewey Darrow just grappled with this question and  this is the approach 
we think we will take----------does this make sense to  others?   Heather 
(creator the AsburyDodge google list  and Adam  Finlayson and myself plan to meet 
in the next few weeks to discuss the logistics  of this!)   Input is 
welcomed!!!
