Dear Friend,
With a difficult week behind us, we finally have a new Governor in Illinois.
As we move ahead, we must recognize that the State of Illinois, along with
the nation, is grappling with numerous difficult challenges. Most
disheartening are daily reports of thousands and thousands of layoffs.
I would like your feedback on which issue or issues Governor Quinn should
tackle first. What is most important to you? How should we pay for all these
new projects? Should we raise new revenues? Please take a few minutes to
complete this survey and send back your results before the end of the week.

post the results on my website. I'll also be paying close attention to your
ideas and will keep you informed throughout the spring legislative session.
Thank you for staying involved during this difficult period!
