Come celebrate  National Night Out 
WITH  A POTLUCK DESSERT IN THE PARK

Neighbors roughly within the  boundaries of Asbury & Dodge and Dempster &  
Main 
are  invited on Tuesday, Aug 4th, to stroll on over to the  baseball 
diamond at Lee & Florence to  celebrate 
National  Night Out.   National Night Out is a community crime prevention  
event. 

The event  will be from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Bring a dessert to share as well  as 
frisbees, balls and games.   

Members of  Evanston's police and fire departments and our Aldermen have  
been invited as well. 

Community  building is an integral part of crime prevention.   
What better way to build community than with dessert  and games!

If you can bring a  folding table, cups, napkins, plates or if you can help 
 distribute fliers to those not on the listserv, please contact Heather  at
