[Dewey-Darrow] Free Health screenings at the Civic Center

THis Free health screening is being  offered to ALL Evanston Residents 
regardless of income or age.  It  is free to Evanston as well as it is sponsored by 
the Illinois Dept of  Health.  Take advantage of your tax dollars at work for 
a healthy  purpose for a change!!!!!!!! Appointmenst are required- call the 
number on the page  below.

interest parties.   
The City of Evanston Health and Human Services Department, in  partnership 
with the Illinois Department of Public Health, is offering free  health 
screenings to Evanston residents.  Free screenings  include blood pressure, 
cholesterol, diabetes and cardiovascular.  Staff  from Agape Global Outreach will be 
providing the screenings on the following  Fridays, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.:   
March  20th 
April 3rd and  17th 
May 8th and  22nd
