Dickelle,

I did speak to the Chief who gave me a  similar reports as the one Napier 
gave you.  I discussed 1210 with him  and he will do some further investigation 
as to what is going on at that  house.  I will also go by and see Ms. Love 
today so that I can figure out  what's going on
