[Dewey-Darrow] Drug Deals in Alley

Calling 911 each and every time you witness a crime is critical if we wish to
reduce the frequency of these crimes in our neighborhoods.

We have to make it difficult for both the locals and the visitors to conduct
drug deals.

If we all call when we see it happening, the police will get a better picture
of who is involved (I might remember half a license plate, you might remember
the other half, and someone else will have pegged the make and model of the
car). 

The police will also be able to track when it happens, so if we report a drug
deal on Wednesday night at 7:30 pm in a particular alley, for 2 weeks in a
row, they can be around the next Wednesday at either end of the alley.

Pick up the phone and call 911 if you see something wrong, unusual, or
suspicious!
