This is just a strong concern that we all need to be aware of, there have been several reports of a suspecious person seen in our community in a black ninjia outfit during the late hours and early morning. As concerns I am asking everyone to be caution and beware of your surrounding, I will be speaking with officer Napier in regards to this matter, but in the meantime please be cautions.
