The City of Evanston is hosting a Free H1N1  Vaccination Clinic for the
community at:

Evanston Township High  School

1600 Dodge Ave, Evanston, IL

Saturday, November  7th:  9am to 4pm

Sunday, November 8th:  9am to  2pm

This is a public event and is open to Evanston Residents within  the
CDC priority groups (which includes children 6-24 years).  There  is
also a separate ETHS in-school immunization clinics for (students  and
staff of ETHS)on November 12 and 13 (requires signed consent  form).

Please note that these clinics are dependent upon vaccine  availability.

ALL COMMUNITY CLINICS ARE OPEN TO EVANSTON RESIDENTS  WITHIN THE CDC
PRIORITY GROUPS.

·     Pregnant  women;

·     Persons who live with or provide  care for infants aged <6 months
(e.g., parents, siblings, and daycare  providers);

·     Health-care and emergency  medical services personnel;

·     Persons aged 6  months--24 years; and

·     Persons aged 25--64  years who have medical conditions that put
them at higher risk for  influenza-related complications
