All,
 
The property at 1409 Darrow has been compromised again. This morning  the front gate was almost off the hinges which it wasn’t yesterday. While trying to close it, I noticed the door of the shed open as if pried opened.  I closed the gate again as was previously done. This property has been cited for numerous city code violations and has become the primary location for Friday night drinking and daily trash dumping.  This 1409 property needs to be addressed before it gets worse, what can be done?
 
About trash, there shouldn’t be a need for two trash bins in this or any block. I bike ride all over this town and where folks take pride in their neighborhood,  there aren’t any need for trash bins.   The pace of filling trash bins in the 1400 block has been slowed due to the fall weather but assistance is required in policing those young adults and visitors who continually dump on your block. 
 
 On  a positive note,  the noise problem has been abated as some of those causing the problem have moved combined with the school season. Let’s hope this continues. If you know neighbors not receiving this email please, please pass the word along.
