I think visiting the family first would be good. Perhaps they need some
kind of assistance with the dog? Maybe work at night and are not aware of
the noise.
I am more concerned about some crying infants/young children I have heard
from the area north of me- I'm at 1226 Darrow. And yelling I have heard in
my house with windows closed. Does anyone know anything about this?
I hope my dog has not disturbed anyone, and will be mindful of this. Cathy
