Subject: [Dewey-Darrow] dog barking issue resolved as neighbors

To those following the dog barking thread- our good neighbor Fortino Leon stepped in to bring the neighbors concern to the owner of the property on Dodge where the poor dog has been tied out at all hours barking non stop. THe owner has assured Fortino that he will address this problem; Our thanks to Fortino for approaching the neighbor on our behalf--------this was a much preferred way to deal with a neighborhood problem than continuous involvement of the police or the courts. And it works!
