Just FYI, 

   

   I did fill in the day shift patrol
division and requested the beat car and the officers assigned to the “tactical”
mission to try and ID this guy also… The most import part however, remains that
someone MUST call if they see him and gather all available information.

   I received your mailing and am sharing it with the patrol
  bureau. Additionally, I will be checking the area tomorrow periodically
  myself to see if I can get him identified. If you email the neighbors, would
  you please ask that anyone else noticing this guy call-in a suspicious person
  to the police desk.  
    
  If this guy isn’t from the neighborhood and looks suspicious to
  you residents, then he is probably up to no good and we need to ID him.

    Reggie, Just to let you know we ;have had a strange presence in the
    1600/1700 block of Crain and he is traveling via Dewey both N and S. He is
    driving a silver Camry and I think he is an avg size hispanic Male, I think
    he had a mustache. He has been checking out the neighborhood for 3 or 4
    days now. The 1st time he was noticed he actually was out of the car
    looking into one of the yards and at the property. this neighbor states he
    is not selling or anything. If you would contact em to let me know you recieved
    this email I would appreciate it. Thanks
