[Dewey-Darrow] Public ways code

Hi all,  I feel the need to mention that as of today, I know of at least 4 injuries on icy walks. I need to remind everyone 
 the Public Ways code  number 7293 that states, 
 
After a snow fall of 4" or better, in a 24 hr period, we have a legal resposibility to clear the public ways of snow and ice. That includes OUR Sidewalks!  If you can not clear the ice, you need to use sand or salt. Please put yourselves out and make sure our neighbors are safe and uninjured.
