excellent resource.  A woman-owned business- sole  proprietor-     will come into 
your home and address your  computer issues.   I have hired her and she is a 
lovely woman,  competent and comfortable and very reasonably priced-   She 
also  explains (in real English and not computerese) what she has done to fix 
your  problems!!
