I received this email from the Evanston Animal Shelter listserv, as the 
owner  is a volunteer there.  Please keep your eye out for this dog and call  
Angela if you see/have seen him in the area.

If you're in the Evanston area today, especially the south Evanston area,  
keep an eye out for missing dog Tor. 
He escaped in the 1700 block of Greenwood, at Dewey, early this morning.  

"I am attaching a picture of my missing dog, Tor. He is about 3 yrs  old 
and approx. 85 lbs. He is a golden retriever/chow chow mix. He has several  
purple spots on his tongue. He has on an orange collar with his ID tag (orange 
 with a siver paw print), his AKC CGC tag, his rabies tag and his Evanston 
pet  license tag. Tor also has an AVID microchip. Despite his adventurous,  
mischievous side, Tor is very obedient and knows basic  commands."
