their concern for our neighbors and regarding this incident. <BR><BR>I
have spoken to the Roberts as well as the Police Dept. It is my
understanding that the police took a follow-up report this afternoon regarding
the injuries. I am also advised that animal control is working on this
matter. The process of dealing with such an animal is a legal
process. The animal is presently contained at its owner's residence and
is not on the loose. <BR><BR>I will continue to monitor this and will be
following up with both the police and animal control over the next 24 hours to
determine how the process can be expedited. <BR><BR>In the interim, if
there is anything else anyone observes, contact the police and let me
know. <BR><BR>My E-mail is here and my phone is posted on the
