The project, which was partially funded through an Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (IL DCEO) grant of $120,000, will increase the amount of recyclable materials the City is able to collect.</FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>The new containers are 65 and 95 gallon capacity and have lids to keep materials contained. 35 gallon roll carts are available for seniors and residents that can not maneuver the larger containers. The project roll-out was administered collection route by route, with the last route expected to be completed by January 31st. </FONT></DIV>
