for an appointment about pain he was having in his lower back. After being
admitted to the hospital. He started to develop Pneumonia; he was placed
briefly in I.C.U. because of his other conditions. (C.O.P.D., etc.) In order to
assist him in his very labored breathing. They told him he would have to be put
on a ventilator, which he refused. He is now in Hospice care and not doing too
