He is driving a silver Camry and I think he is an avg size hispanic Male, I think he had a mustache. He has been checking out the neighborhood for 3 or 4 days now. The 1st time he was noticed he actually was out of the car looking into one of the yards and at the property. this neighbor states he is not selling or anything.
